We are based in Orange County, California, and ship to customers within the United States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.

4. Order Processing

Orders received before 2 PM PST will be processed the same business day. Orders after this time will be processed the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please contact us within 7 days if your package is lost or damaged.

7. Local Pickup

Local pickup at our Orange County location may be available. Please select this option at checkout if desired.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
